The Center has a fully equipped doctor's office. Nursing services are offered on a fee for service basis and must be contracted at least 8 weeks before your trip.
Garden
When Clearpool first started as a summer program the students ran a farm, complete with a vegetable garden and farm animals. Toady we are reclaiming the garden and utilizing it extensively with our school groups.
Lake
Lake Clearpool is the namesake of the camp. The lake provides a place for swimming and boating as well as our famous raft building events! It is a wonderful place to sit quietly and reflect on the beauty of this place.
Trails
Our trail system consists of over 5 miles of trails. Some meander along the
lake, others climb to the top of the hills with views of the surrounding watersheds. During a walk one might hear red-winged black birds, pileated woodpeckers or chickadees. Trees, shrubs, mosses, rocks, deer and more await the quiet
forest explorer.
NOTE: Our trail system is complex and for safety reasons we require that a Clearpool staff member accompany anyone using the trails. If you are interested in hiking, please let us know when you are planning your trip.
